The Corporate Edition of Meeting Book allows you to manage company meetings.
With the Corporate Edition of Meeting Book you can organize company documents in structured files, distribute documents to participants in a reserved and secure manner, coordinate presentations during the meeting.
Participants will find it simple to follow the presentations on their tablet, while the organization fully controls the event.
When writing your contents, a work group can provide and check the material to be presented. When a book is ready, it is published and made available for participants.
Participants may read and use the documents during the meeting. You can organize and manage the material on the basis of the participants’ profile. For example, some may access to it when the material is published, others only when the meeting is being held.
Each registered participant has access to the files of their meetings. Access however, will be managed and controlled centrally, on the basis of the profile of each participant.
Documents can be organized in structured contents, at various levels. Furthermore, you may highlight important documents in order to activate quick access features on the tablet.
You can insert all type of documents as attachments to meeting documents. Meeting Book supports the most common formats (MS Office etc.)
Meeting Book can be integrated with document management systems, content managers, workflow and with any corporate application. In these cases, it can access directly to available company documentation.
Meeting Book has its own system to manage users. Each user has a profile and relative information in order to facilitate contact. Users can be organized into groups to help organizing periodic meetings where the same participants always take part.
Guest users, who only participate occasionally or who don’t generally participate in company meetings, can be managed by restricting their access to the documentation.
Meeting Book can be integrated with Directory Services and Single Sign On systems.
You can organize public meetings for all the registered users in the company.
The moderator can, via web or tablet, change the status of the meeting by opening and closing the meeting. In this way, the moderator has full control of how the documents are distributed.
During the meeting, the moderator can see all participants and is able to manage the status of all tablets from his/her own. The moderator gives the word to the various speakers and can make sure that all iPads follow the presentations.
Participants’ presence can be certified. The moderator can manage a participation sheet, which can be attached to the meeting documentation.
Access to documents is allowed only to those users who have been registered. Each user receives an account. In order to guarantee further safety, you may activate an access PIN code to the application on the tablet, so no unauthorized users can access the meeting.
In addition to authentication the the use of a PIN code, it is also possible to protect your Meeting Books and/or single documents with safety codes which can be created when writing the documents. Only those people who have these codes will be able to read the protected contents.
With this option, all pages seen on the tablets will display on the background an image containing some information regarding the user. In this way any copies made, even those with photographs, will display the watermark.
